Results & Solution

I began by researching the industry, as well as the firm’s products and competition. I then applied my knowledge and experience of website consulting to the specifics I had learnt about the business. Together we made several important changes to the company’s campaigns and websites. Following my work with the company, results improved on a monthly basis. Now a full 1/3 of new leads come from these improved campaigns (1/3 existing customers & 1/3 sales team). Results include a 777% increase in CTR (click-through rate), a 50% decrease in bounce rate and a 250% increase in average time spent on the website by each visitor.

I took the necessary time to gain an understanding of the client’s industry, customer base and mode of operation. I then set to work on their campaign. Within just one month the company saw substantial improvements. Their CTR (Click Through Rate) increased by 170% while their bounce rate dropped by 30%. They also experienced a whopping 87% drop in monthly costs.
